How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to schedule your first project task. Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down by us. This applies to large presentations or documents etc. that require additional development time. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire task is done.

What programs do you design in?

We cater to numerous platforms, such as, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Wix or Squarespace website editing. Just let us know in your briefing if you need your project developed in a certain package and size format.

All requests will come through your very own Trello briefing form, which then applies to your own dashboard. Within the briefing form, you will be able to upload documents, images and anything else related to the project request.

Absolutely. Agenci does not cover the following design work: 3D modelling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), complex video creation or editing, complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and WordPress or coding (within our subscription package*)

*WordPress and HTML support can be catered for outside the subscription model. Any requests will be managed as standalone projects and will be fully quoted for prior to any engagement.
